Live Music!

Ros's daughter Liz and grandson Leo came over on Saturday to join Ros's son Stuart who was already staying with us and in the evening we all went to see local band Project Blackbird. They were playing in the outside area of the More Coffee in Melton Mowbray. My daughter is a director of said coffee shop. Project Blackbird are the creation of husband-and-wife team Jon (extra photo) and Ming (singing). Jon is also a shareholder in More Coffee, which is why Project Blackbird are the first band to appear here since lockdown started in 2020. They are pleased to be playing live again and I am glad to get to see some live music at last. 

Leo enjoyed the music - and talked to Jon about playing the trumpet - but was I think more impressed by the huge cuddly Baby Yoda brought along by another More Coffee owner!
