Apparently this is the 25th pint of blood I have donated. It’s been quite a delay for this one as I was waiting for some medical tests (and then didn’t get organised). So it’s working out at an average of one donation a year. Which as I have missed several years living abroad (plus after traveling in malarial areas) isn’t too bad. Hopefully I’ll get back into a regular donation cycle soon.

Very efficient session, so may carry on here rather than going near the office.
