Should I stay

I'm going through old images on my hard drive that I've never processed or looked at... Current count is 7358.. This is one of the flagged images for second review if its worth processing properly.. I've taken a picture of my screen with iPhone and processed it in snapseed to get a rough idea of how it would look..
So a keeper or one for the trash bin?
