Felt a bit delicate this morning but managed to be up in time for a 7.30 dog walk with Arnold. Left Ma doing her litter pick and had quite a long walk, then home for breakfast and a few games of fetch in the garden.

When Arnold had gone home, Ma and I got the train to Wokingham - delish pastries from Gail’s, some charity shops and a little look around the vegan market in the square.

Still feeling delicate this afternoon so I had a long bath and spent the rest of the day on the sofa. Football tonight, will feel oddly quiet without Matt here to shout.
