Love watching these sheep resting on a warm but muggy grey day

Did loads of jobs today like mowing the lawn, pulling endless bindweed, attempting to rescue plants that have suffered from a lack of tlc for a week. My basil seedlings still need a boost as they are tiny after a very long time!

Picked 3kg (ish) of gooseberries which have gone in the freezer for use later in the year. Never know the bushes to be so heavy with fruit.

Attempted to pollinate my melon flowers. Not really sure what I’m doing on that front.

Feel for Gareth Southgate tonight, I think he’s shown some very good leadership skills. More of that needed.
