Mono Monday . . . Far Out
I live in a conventional suburb and the chances of seeing something where I would exclaim "far out" is not high. I resorted to the collection of L.P's which at the time I bought them my mother probably thought some of them were a bit far out. This is The Flying Burrito Bros from 1969. I think their rhinestone suits were more far out than the music.
Nuta Kotlyarenko (December 15, 1902 – May 9, 1984), known professionally as Nudie Cohn, was an American tailor who designed decorative rhinestone-covered suits, known popularly as "Nudie Suits", and other elaborate outfits for some of the most famous celebrities of his era
Thank you Laurie for a trip down memory lane. (no pun intended)
