Blacks Hole

A popular wimming hole and picnic area on the Maitai River in Nelson.

I took Azzy (and my brother) for a walk along a few kilometers of the Maitai walkway this afternoon. Some lovely views and dozens of fantails flitting about over the river, and in a foolish moment I'd forgotten my camera. Phone to the rescue yet again - but I'll definitely be going back at some point with a long lens for a session with those fantails.
