Going with the tiger theme---where am I

Plain Tiger butterfly

The Plain Tiger is local to Singapore, where it generally stays within the vicinity of its caterpillar host plants. I was amazed when I looked this up and found it only occurs in Singapore. On checking my information I find this is one of the most widespread butterflies in the world. It featured in a painting in Luxor in Egypt 3 and a half thousand years ago.
