Completion Date: Far Out

With dozens and dozens of buildings in the immediate area, this is the only building I can think of that stopped mid-construction. The pigeons love it but it does look rather apocalyptic or Chernobyl-esque. The remnants of the last big economic downturn, probably in the mid 90's. 
Have given it a treatment that might resemble a late 60's poster, and may provoke a Far Out! from drug fans of that era. Maybe that's why I like it.
