Chess

Mary persuaded me to go for a drink down the Shore at Leith but we couldn't find a table outside so we ended up in A room In Leith. Little did we know they had a load of games available to play ... chess, connect 4 and snakes and ladders.

6 hours later we emerged .... drunk and very very competitive!!!!

I didn't tell Mary that I used to be very good at Chess when I was younger and came 2nd in the Glasgow Chess Congress in either 82 or 83.

Good day though ... now off to bed early to sleep this off!!!
