We are supposed to be in Mallorca this week. Oh, well.

Still, it means I have a week at home to catch up on some essential chores.

So, today it was the long overdue nut and seed audit (yes, that’s ten packets of pumpkin seeds). Followed by the dried herbs and spices audit. That took me up to my hair cut appointment. Immediately after that I cleared the cardboard out of the garage and took it to the recycling centre. I also filled both cars with fuel. Then went on a virtual bike ride. Later I made vegan meatballs and spaghetti.

It’s not quite the same as sipping an ice cold beer on the terrace after a bike ride to Cap Formentor but then these are strange times.
