Gladstone

I headed over to Gladstone Reservoir where I tried a wee run (the first in ages) followed by a wee cooling dip. Now to be known as a 'jog and bob' :)

All rounded off with coffee and kindle time on the beach.

The evening was a tense one watching the football. England may not have won but its exciting to finally see a squad starting to make waves. All to play for in Qatar next year.
