       Mmm the 60's, 1961-70. A lot happened in those ten years - no wonder we don't remember them all. I expect Dr. Timothy Leary had something to do with that loss of memory. Those far out years were made manifest in 1967 then faded rapidly with the deaths of Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, and Jim Morrison . . .

       The sixties for me happened in distant cities like London and Liverpool. Radios Caroline and later "wonderful radio London" off the Essex coast were closer. I was mostly concerned with school activities . . .
