Crab in beak

Another day at home. This time no Zoom meetings to permit more relaxation. That may have worked.

I did take a walk down to the ebbing tide, and saw a Kotare dart away and then land on another rock with a crab held in its beak. Despite being some distance away, I managed a reasonable photo.

Did some reading on the effectiveness of compulsory community treatment orders. There seems little evidence that such orders reduce inpatient admissions or lengths of stay except perhaps in some individual cases.
