Going Nowhere

Type 45 destroyer, HMS Duncan, was due to leave BAE Systems Scotstoun yard in Glasgow today for the journey to Portsmouth as the last of its type to join the Royal Navy. However technical problems have postponed the journey. At least something is making a journey down the River Clyde today.
