New Paint

Our student rental property has just had a new paint job for all of the window frames and sills including the garage. We have owned this 5 bedroom 70 year old house for 20 years so it has seen 100 or so tenants. These days, as I am retired, I mow the back lawn and tidy the garden. The garage photo shows the outdoor party couches which are a way of life for New Zealand student flats.
