Bus Pass Walk

A last minute decision on where to walk today, and we chose to walk along the canal and through Hirst Woods.  There is a cafe at the end, and so we had a look round the lovely little wildlife haven by the locks and then went for a coffee.  Very nice it was too.  We then walked back along the canal to Bingley, where we went to another cafe for lunchtime refreshments!  Bus home and called on some friends to leave some some testing kits on their doorsteps. My bubble friend is unfortunately one who was in contact on Sunday with someone who has now been hospitalised and has tested positive for Covid.  She was supposed to be going on holiday today and has had to cancel and self isolate.  Such a shame as it seems the weather is going to be beautiful over the next few days. Hopefully all concerned will be fine.
