Dunblane Central
I gave myself 10 mins on the Alanwater Bridge today to take a blip. To be honest, not very difficult on such a bright and sunny day, and plenty angles to fire away at.
This is a view of a very busy part of the town. Beyond the cars on the right, Fuzzies the hairdresser. He's a biker, and speaks his mind, which is always good. He now has competition from a Turkish barber on the High St.
Just beyond is the Village Inn, which is really a good old fashioned pub, though it has pretentions as a gastro establishment. On the left, the Dunblane Hotel. Jazz and decent beer. I haven't been in either of those establishments for over 18 months; seems too much aggro. Masks, social distancing, too much faff.
Beyond the Village Inn is the Chip Inn. Disappointed at their service when they first started, but they've pulled their socks up, and now visit from time to time.
Beyond the Dunblane Hotel, the PO and the Coffee Shop.
A busy little corner.
DIY for most of the day today, all jobs completed (well, at least until the plaster dries). Golf tomorrow.
Hope you are all healthy and happy.
