The room with a view

We have always wondered about this strange looking building. The story goes that a builder built this for his two daughters.
If you look carefully in the bottom right hand corner, you can see the top of a medieval window that came from St George’s church. It was removed during restoration in the 19th Century. One has to ask how it got here as the church is about 2 1/2 miles away
