Eyeing each other up

On our walk today we passed this paddock and as I stopped to watch the horses race over to have a look at Jeanie, I noticed the fantastic clouds (see extra for more). They presage a change in the weather, from cold and sunny to (slightly) warmer and wetter.

Jeanie must have sensed the change in the air: she turned into a hurtling racing dog when we reached the first open paddock, charging round in enormous circles at full tilt. What a joy she has in exercise.
