These Eastern Rosella parrots are frequent visitors to our property and love feeding on the Lemon Myrtle flowers.  The Lemon Myrtle is a native rainforest plant, long used in Aboriginal medicine and cuisine.  The leaves have an intensely citrus fragrance and flavour, are popular now across all cultures here and are used in teas, syrups, glazes, dressings, dips and meat dishes.
