A lovely morning...

for a walk along the river bank and into the water meadows. Flowers are about a fortnight late, but there were some butterflies, Dark Green Fritillary , Ringlets and Common Blues.
Later , called at the boggy burn and found this beautiful Common Hawker laying. Heard her first and the saw her.
