Here's Looking at You

This pigeon just plopped down on the roof window of my office today - perhaps inspired by alijay's seagull blip from two days ago. It looked at me, I grabbed the camera and looked back. Then it spotted the cats and flew away. 

This was pretty much the only uplifting thing that happened today. The rest of the day consisted of grumpy cats and uninspiring work. The weather felt like mid-autumn - cold, damp, and drizzly.

And we went on a quick trip to the supermarket where neither car drivers nor fellow shoppers payed any attention to other people, and we started to feel increasingly invisible (as everyone either threatened to bump into us or just stood in our way without any intention to move away by even an inch).
