We came, we ran, we conked-out. Luckily avoiding the rain at the Inverness 5K this afternoon, the family set out en masse - and returned.

The smallest competitor in the field (that would be the one on the left) managed a PB of 33 minutes while her red-faced companion (that would be the one on the right) came in just behind her. Please note the obligatory a) St Patrick's Day embarrassing accoutrements, b) Paddington Bear, and c) celebratory banana
