Helenium

As promised to #Ingleman that when the Helenium was in full bloom I would share it.
So this is the first one to come into full bloom, but there are lots more to follow suit.
I'm not feeling too well this week,  due to Sciatica trying to push through.
I honestly feel that I'm pushing myself into an early grave or at least into a wheelchair. See what the Doctor says tomorrow.
