The concert that wasn’t

We’ve been social butterflies this week, and agreed to go on a guided firefly forest walk in Sintra with friends. We then remembered we had these concert tickets to see an artist from Capo Verde, Mayra Andrade, in an outdoor venue. Sorry firefly walk, it has to be a no. But on Friday we can meet for dinner in a hilltop tasca. Ok.

We got to the concert and ate sandwiches before. Our ticket didn’t buzz when scanned. The concert is tomorrow. We had to awkwardly cancel our friends again, and just enjoy the nice-ish grounds of the stately home venue.
