Himalayan Honeysuckle
A beautiful warm day and at 9.30pm we are still sitting outside watching the sky changing colour at dusk and the new moon rising.
The extra is three vapour trails in the north western sky.
This Leycesteria formosa (Himalayan honeysuckle, amongst other common names) is looking its best. The insects like the flowers and later when the shiny purple berries appear the black birds have a feast.
