And breathe

Out of the house at six o’clock this morning and after a couple of hours riding in gloomy humid conditions I arrived back to tackle a long list of chores and duties which didn’t seem allow time to take breath.
Fortunately I had time at the end of the day to have a swim at Westward Ho with S.
Most refreshing indeed.
