Pavlova

I was so sick of this Edmond's pavlova egg rolling around in one of the kitchen drawers that this morning after baking biscuits and muffins I got it out and decided to cook it.
I had forgotten it had been rattling around since 2014!
Best before August 2014, I was very sceptical that it would cook at all but low and behold, it is perfect. I don't have any cream to put on top so custard and ice cream will have to suffice.
