Follow the leader

For this evenings walk we went to the moors of the Peak District. This particular area is about 7 miles from home, so relatively close. We saw nobody at all and we were here for just over an hour.
We did encounter these sheep. As we approached them they moved away from us and then once we were past they started to follow us as you can see in photo. Darren was whistling at them pretending he was the farmer, for a few minutes they were fooled but then they lost interest and just stood there as we got further and further away.
We did also approach some cows, but Darren didn’t think it was worth walking past them so it was at that point we turned round and made our way back to car.
