When work was done....

....I went for a play on the MTB.

Cannock Chase is a stones throw from work so I arranged to meet my sister and dad over there after work.

It was the best mountain bike ride I've had in a while.

We did most of Follow the Dog Trail and another loop added on top.

I used to go over the "chase" regularly as it was on my doorstep but I've not done these trails for a few years. It's mostly single track and ranges a lot in difficult levels. It's great now though that you can choose to do the techy stuff or take an easy option on various sections. This allows every ability in your group to have fun while staying pretty close to each other.
