Skiving

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

At the end of our stand up today, our scrum master announced that we had run out of dev work. He hopes to have more tomorrow but doesn’t want to loan us out to other teams in the meantime in case we get pinched.

He apologised for having no work and I managed not to guffaw on the call.

So I went to the bank, took The Eldest Mini Princess to buy some tops* and made dinner. And I was paid for it. What a brilliantly productive day!

*EMP doesn’t have many clothes (as she hates shopping) but I pointed out
that when she goes to uni, the washing turnaround will be longer than the 2 days she is used to, and she will need more than 5 t-shirts!
