Field Poppy

I have never actually seen one in any field in Finland but when Kirsi ordered the wildflower seeds foe our new style nature friendly garden, field poppies were included and as you can see, they have done well.
Still very hot, up in the low 30's today but at last a small rainfall came at about 7pm to the accompaniment of rumbling thunder.
