"I hear those voices that will not be drowned

A refreshing day in Aldeburgh, and excellent fish and chip lunch- without mushy peas but with pureed peas instead- the influence of the London day trippers has added a level of sophistication to the menu, me thinks!
This is a sculpture that raised a few hackles I believe when it went up, but there was a steady stream of people wandering up to have a gaze at it all, so it has become welcomed and enjoyed.
The only sound was silence and the crash of the north sea waves on the beach. Bitterly cold still!
