View up river

After last night’s shenanigans I wasn’t really feeling it this morning. MrRoly went off with the kayaks to the beach while I revived the Tesco shop, took a prearranged work call/meeting and cycled some laundry.

MrRoly returned so we could take the van to the dealer in Truro - it’s had a recall and they wanted to check the cambelt. We lunched while they did that then returned home via yet another stone mason. There’s yet another lump of granite in the mix!!

Sea Scouts this evening and the news that TSA changes in the guidance from Monday mean we can start sailing again next Thursday! How very splendid :-D.

Afterwards we headed to a restaurant to meet up with MrRoly’s family for their last night followed by sundowners on their roof terrace.
