Buddleia in bloom (at last)
The Buddleia has started to come into bloom. This spike is not straight like normal, but bent because it grew round the bird feeder. All we need now is for the butterflies and bees to come to the flowers - the Lavender and Sedum are in bud too so they will have a lot of choice!
Following yesterday’s efforts by the drain men, they returned today with a camera which they fed into the sewer to check it was not damaged (see extra) They said that, (like the Buddleia) the sewer made a double bend rather than a straight path but was perfectly clear now and undamaged. I hope it stays that way!
