A parade of Soul Food Chefs

The weather couldn't have been wetter, but it didn't deter 9 chefs to create 9 different dishes for visitors to taste at Linlithgow Palace. It was a kick off event for the students at Linlithgow Academy. They're building a food business from scratch. Starting next week they're operating a drive in takeaway to serve local diners.

Fabulous food from all the chefs, and the students were on top form.
