Rather odd choice. Rabbits and the ocean? mmm.

Drove to Ballina today to investigate what I was told is a wonderful fenced dog park.

I was astounded! Wow! Everything you could possibly want in a dog park: level grassed areas, training/obstacle course, shade from established trees, rambling dirt paths through wooded areas!

It was a rainy day so couldn't explore for long. In the very near future, a picnic will be had there. I have also decided to get seriously proactive in getting one in our shire. I've never created or organized a petition,  there's a lot of homework I need to do and will be seeking advice and help. But I keep thinking...if not me, who? If not now, when....so it begins.
