Today is the start of the Big Butterfly Count 2021. You are asked to spend 15 minutes walking/ sitting and record the number and species you see. Apart from this one - which I made earlier :) , I saw two meadow browns and one blue holly on my walk today. Normally at this time of year there are lots in the garden on the buddleia, but it is late to flower this year.
