A final paddle in a puddle
Sheba and I had a late afternoon, early evening walk today. With the light fading as the sun was setting the path lighting had come one. Slowed down long enough for Sheba not to walk through the puddle, but rather get distracted so I could take this photograph.
Taken in colour on the iPhone 4S, then using Snapseed app turned it into a contrast, darkened, black & white. The lighting was by the nearest street light as seen in the image. Using the HDR setting on the iPhone camera setting.
I miss the creative part of having a darkroom, but I do not miss the chemical fumes that came with it. The various grades of paper and the timings calculations. All part of the photographer's arena trying to get the best out of a negative. Oh happy days...
