Evening

Afternoon dog walk. Just too hot to walk them earlier. So they had a wee toilet break before their dinner and a longer walk at 8.30pm when the heat had dissipated a bit. 27c here today. Had my zoom coaching call in the morning as part of the program I'm on. This week's tasks were tough but feel better about it after the call. We are looking at what we are tolerating in all areas of our lives and where we have set our minimum standards and then choosing new standards.
