Portland Waterfront

The city is alive again. On a ride circling the downtown area I passed a champagne and prom themed bike ride, a blues concert outside, people setting up for an outdoor movie, a meeting of one wheelers, and plenty of people just walking and biking around. Right now there are people water skiing and sailing in front of me. Let's hope the pandemic doesn't reassert itself.
