Uphill - Sunday afternoon beach walk

Today I enjoyed a traditional 'Sunday roast' lunch with my daughter, at 'The Lamb' in the Square, before she headed back to London.
After dropping her at the railway station, it was too lovely in the late afternoon sun to go home.
Instead I went down to Uphill beach...it was about 4pm, sun starting to sink, making the colours really intense. Always amazing light there , it faces west, out to the Bristol Channel and the flat sands/mud of the estuary.
Earlier today the sands were a racetrack for Weston Windsports 'Blo-carts', seen packing up here. There are often buggies with kites, surfers with kites...streaking along the sand or water.
