King Parrot

I woke up with a sore neck this morning. The osteopath fitted me in for an emergency appointment. It's a bit better. Hopefully it will be even better tomorrow.

I saw this beauty outside my window; such gorgeous birds.

Then a good walk with SR. Little Miss took Abe for a walk too; he was excellent.
