Family Reunion

8 out of the 10 puppies from Xmas' litter met today for a family reunion. We should have met in Ringsted, but it was so hot that we decided to move to Sorø and meet in the woods by the lake. 

We found a lovely spot and the pups played and swam and had a fabulous time. The breeder, Rikke, also joined us for a couple of hours. 

I started by 9 AM with a swim with my 3 boys. Gollum and Tango then had a nap in the car (parked in the shade with the doors open) whilst Xmas had fun with his brothers and sisters from 10 AM to 1 PM. And then Tango and Gollum had another swim before we went home for lunch. 

I have 3 tired dogs now.

It was wonderful to see Xmas have fun with his siblings. They are all gorgeous dogs, but very different from each other. The bottom right picture shows the smallest and the biggest of the pups today. Xmas is one of the small ones. The biggest is not much smaller than my Border Collies.
