Open gardens

We spent the morning ambling around the 'open gardens' in the village of Stanton Harcourt in Oxfordshire. As usual at these events, we enjoyed the mixture of admiring plants and chatting to enthusiastic gardeners. There were also a book stall, refreshments and a sale of studio prints. Surprisingly we did not buy any plants, but we got some creative ideas for our patch. This is a view of one of the gardens.
