All systems mow....

Another scorcher today with a bit of a breeze.
Gareth brought some old blackie ewes in to clip today. Left him to get on with it while I hitched up the tedder and spread the field of grass that was cut on Thursday afternoon . Once it was done , swapped tractors with wee brother and left him to spread the other 2 fields that I cut on Wednesday.
The next door neighbour was doing the same with the field he cut yesterday. In farming circles “ hay fever “ has a totally different meaning to the allergy thing !
Tommy appeared in this afternoon with these triple mowers to make a start mowing silage ready to chop on Monday.
Next week looks hectic to say the least !
