More Tree Planting

After yesterday's yew and holly planting, today as all about hornbeam and lime trees. Well, for us it was anyway. Let me explain... Newbridge Park Group, the voluntary organisation that I am a sometime volunteer for, held a Tree Sponsorship Day to raise funds, with 50 trees of various types being planted up in the woods that we are gradually redeveloping. We got a hornbeam and this, a lime tree. On the left is Ann, on the right is my good mate Mike, chair of the group and all-round local hero :-)
