In my world it's not raining

Horrid weather, so I have somewhere in the region of ten layers (grey-black), winter jacket, gloves, a hat, and a spare hat in case I lose the first hat.

My fellow bus traveller defiantly wears her animal print t-shirt and hair the colour of Aftershock. She doesn't even have a first hat.
