Bute Castle - (Film)

On the Isle bute, right of the ferry there is a castle ruins literally 100 metres up the road.

Unfortunately we weren't allowed to explore the grounds and inside the castle as they were doing remidial works to it, however we did have a walk around the outside which was basically just walking around the moat that kept people out.

Can't wait to venture back there and really explore the grounds, because this image doesn't show how beautiful it is.
